Sara is a consultant who undertakes stakeholder engagement projects for clients. On a typical project, she will interview 20 stakeholders using a questionnaire of 20 questions in length. Each interview takes an hour and generates a transcript that is approximately 20 pages long. After the interviews are completed, Sara has to organise the transcripts to group the responses to each question so that she can analyse the information and identify the key themes.
